Seventh Generation VFR's. Browse. ×. I've had a couple VFR800s so I know how to set the clock on those and I tried the same on the 1200 but can't "get to" the clock mode settings. I can change the units of measure for the miles and degrees to metric measures but I can't get to the clock mode and I don't have an owners manual.
To adjust the time: Turn the ignition switch to ON or ACC. Push the MODE button two times. ‘‘CLOCK ADJUSTMENT’’ will display and the time on the digital clock will blink. To set the hour, press and release the TRIP button until the desired hour appears. To set the minute, press and release the DISP. button until the desired minute appears.

Tony T. Press and hold down both the select and adjust buttons with the ignition on until the minutes start to flash. Then press the adjust button the change the minutes. Press select to change to hours then press adjust again to change the hours.
