Losingfat is easy, building muscle is the hard part. Bench 245lbs with 6 reps and squat 405lbs with 5 reps. I don't really follow a particular routine. I change up the lifts I do every six weeks or so, but always do a four day split of chest/triceps, back/biceps, shoulders, legs.
